Claude Kenneth  Daley
Claude K. Daley, age 71 of Sheridan passed away on Monday, September 26, 2016 at his home under the loving care of his family and Heartland Hospice.

Claude was born on May 16, 1945 in Johnson City, Tennessee and is preceded in death by his mother, Goldie Marie Hall along with his Aunt and Uncle, Louise & Charlie Hall.

Surviving Claude is his wife of 33 years, Patricia Ann; daughter, Connie Blanchard of Sheridan; sons, Jim (Bev) Winslow of Portland, Gary (Bonnie) Winslow of Sheridan, Mark (Dianne) Winslow of Carson City; sister, Ellen; brothers, Bob (Donna) Hardin of Greenville, Bill Hardin of Edmore; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. There are several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews all from Tennessee.

Claude was a proud member of the Stanton American Legion, Sheridan VFW Post 5065, Crystal Congregational Church, Elks Lodge in Gulf Shores, Alabama, N.R.A., Crooked Lake Improvement Association and the Michigan Correction Organization.

Visitation with Claude’s family is being held on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 from 6 – 8 PM at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan.

Funeral services for Claude will be on Thursday, September 29, 2016 beginning at 11 AM at the Crystal Congregational Church with Pastor Reid Martin officiating. Graveside services will be at Evergreen Township Cemetery.

For those wishing to make a memorial donation in Claude’s memory the family has suggested donations be made to the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge in Grand Rapids and envelopes will be available at the funeral home and church.
