Pamela Lou Bird, age 63 of Muskegon passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at her home.

She was born the daughter of Manford & Geneva (Humes) Harper on February 26, 1954 in Grand Rapids. They along with her grandson, Zachary Bird; brother, Harold Harper; sister Terri Harper; husband, Dennis Bird, Sr. and her boyfriend, Kevin Sherrell have preceded her in death.

Pamela is survived by her son, Dennis Bird, Jr. of Adrian; grandchildren, Veronica Bird of Stanton, Dakota Rae of Grand Rapids, Mike Smith of Grand Rapids, Seth Suykerbuyk of Stanton; great grandchildren, Brayden, Olivia, Nolan, Arianna; brother, Larry Harper of Muskegon; nieces, Katie Gaunt of Grand Rapids, Jenny Gaunt of Grand Rapids and her dog, Poncho.

Pamela was a terrific cook and baker. While she enjoyed fishing, dancing and listening to country music her biggest love was her family. Pamela absolutely loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved having them around her and spending time with them and she will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

A celebration of Pamela’s life is being planned for a later date.
