Dorothy Randolph, age 83 of Sheridan, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Sheridan Hospital.

She was born the daughter of Perry & Eunice (Linderman) DeWeese in Greenville and they along her husband, Don have preceded her in death.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Rick) Sorensen of Greenville; sons, Mike Randolph of Sheridan, Donnie (Joelle) Randolph of Farwell; grandchildren, Ann (Chip) Johnson of Grand Rapids, Kate (Kristie) Hine of Ottawa Lake, Breanna (Michael) Henkel of Mt. Pleasant; great grandchildren, Elise, Sophia and Emily; brother, Richard DeWeese of Fenwick; sister-in-law, Dorothy (Doug) Carey of California and neighbors, Joe & Mary Bliss of Sheridan.

Dorothy was one of the luckiest people you would have ever met and she enjoyed testing that luck playing bingo and going to Las Vegas. She was also a Life Member of the Sheridan VFW Auxiliary.

Visitation with Dorothy’s family will be on Friday, July 21, 2017 from 5-7 PM at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan.

Funeral services for Dorothy will be on Saturday, July 22, 2017 beginning at 1 PM at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan. Dorothy will be laid to rest next to her husband, Don at the Evergreen Cemetery.

For those wishing to make a memorial donation in Dorothy’s memory the family suggests donations be made to the Lupus Foundation and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
