John M. Martinac, age 67 of Stanton passed away at his home on Tuesday, December 19, 2017.
He was born the son of Peter & Florence (Boyer) Martinac on January 23, 1950 in L’Anse, Michigan and they along with a son, Joseph Michael Martinac and brother, Dennis Martinac precede him in death.
John is survived by his wife, Diane Martinac of Stanton; sons, Daniel Martinac and Justin (Kayla Wolfe) Martinac both of Stanton; sisters, Kathy (Dave) Camp; Judy (Lloyd) Moughler; Mary (Bob) Dudo; Barb (Neal) McKinney all of Zephyrhills, Florida, brothers, George Martinac of Orlando, Florida; Paul (Lillian) Martinac of Zephyrhills, Florida; Peter (Vickie) Martinac of L’Anse; grandchildren, Jeremy Martinac of Greenville; Daphne Wolfe of Gladwin; sister-in-law, Kay Martinac McIntyre of L’Anse and friend, Gary Kraft of Lyons.
Never afraid of a project, John loved to tinker with small engines and he also enjoyed hunting and fishing.
John’s family would like to invite everyone to join them for a visitation at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, with a Celebration of John’s life beginning at 1:00 PM.
